Each serve combines a balanced Protein & Carbohydrate Blend of maltodextrin, whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, milk protein concentrate, sweet potato flour and waxy maize starch. This mix fuels muscles with fast- and slow-digesting proteins for sustained amino acid delivery, while complex carbs help replenish glycogen stores for recovery and performance. The Recovery & Growth Blend features creatine monohydrate to promote power output during training, alongside medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) for efficient energy. Added branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine) further support muscle protein synthesis, and L-glutamine assists with post-exercise recovery and gut health. Simply mix 2–3 scoops (approx. 240 g) with 500 mL milk or water post-workout or between meals to maintain a calorie surplus and support your size-building goals.
- Add 3 level scoops (Approx. 120g) to a blender or shaker with 4-500mL of cold water, milk (and milk alternatives) and blend or shake for 20-30 seconds until completely dispersed.
- For the ULTRA Protein and Calorie hit, add 6 level scoops (Approx. 240g) to 500mL of whole milk. Dosage may be adjusted based on appetite or to meet training needs.
- For best results, take 1-3 serves per day in addition to regular meals. Consume within 30 to 60 minutes after finishing exercise to support fast recovery.
