- Provides 22g of high-quality whey protein isolate per serve to support muscle recovery and maintenance.
- Light, refreshing juice-style formula with zero sugar and only 100 calories per serve.
- Virtually fat free and low in carbohydrates, making it suitable for a wide range of nutrition goals.
- Mixes easily into a smooth, clear drink that's ideal after training or any time you need extra protein.
The key ingredient in RYSE Clear Protein is whey protein isolate, a highly refined source of complete protein that naturally contains all nine essential amino acids, including branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs). Whey protein isolate is rapidly digested, making it a popular choice after exercise to support muscle recovery and muscle maintenance as part of a balanced diet. Citric acid and malic acid provide the crisp, refreshing flavour profile, while sodium citrate and potassium citrate contribute to the drink's balanced taste. The formula is sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame potassium for a sweet flavour without added sugar. Perfect for active lifestyles, RYSE Clear Protein is an excellent choice for anyone wanting a lighter protein option that can be enjoyed after workouts, between meals or whenever a convenient source of protein is needed. Simply mix one scoop with cold water, shake well and enjoy a refreshing protein drink that delivers quality nutrition without the heavy texture of a traditional shake. Available in delicious flavours inspired by classic refreshments, RYSE Clear Protein makes it easy to increase your daily protein intake while enjoying a crisp, satisfying drink.

Here the next day
Ordered Thursday arvo and it turned up Friday. No fuss and no surprise postage at checkout either.
Finally no bloating
Switched off a supermarket one that wrecked me. A week in on this and nothing, which is reason enough to stay.
Solid value
Does what it says and the price per serve beat everything else I compared. Packaging could be a touch tougher for postage.
Worth every cent
Third one of these now and it has not missed. Mixes in a shaker with no lumps and the chocolate actually tastes like chocolate rather than sweetener.
