How strong is Woke AF?

Strong enough that the name is doing honest work. It is the high-stimulant end of the range and not a first pre-workout. The standard Pre-Workout is the sensible starting point; the Non-Stimulant version is the one for evenings or for anyone who does not get on with caffeine. Half a serve of Woke AF the first time, and no coffee that day.

Creatine gummies, candy or powder?
