What is magnesium orotate, and why is it hard to find?

Magnesium bound to orotic acid. It is the form used in most of the cardiovascular research on magnesium, which is why people are sometimes specifically told to look for it - and it is more expensive to make, which is why few brands bother. If you just want magnesium for cramping or sleep, a glycinate from our Magnesium range costs less and does that job.

Annatto Tocotrienol or Micel E?

Both are vitamin E, in different forms. Tocotrienols are the less common half of the vitamin E family and annatto is the purest source of them. Micel E is micellised, which is about absorption. Which one depends entirely on why you are taking it - this is a question for whoever recommended it.

Is Pretorius Australian?

Which probiotic and which enzyme?

Pro Biotic Forte is the probiotic - live organisms, taken daily. Vegetable Enzymes are digestive enzymes, taken with a meal to help break it down. They do different jobs and plenty of people take both. If one meal in particular is the problem, start with the enzymes.
