Caruso's Berberine 750 utilises a high strength standardised extract of Berberis aristata which contains the bioactive alkaloid compound Berberine. Caruso's Berberine 750 assists sugar and carbohydrate metabolism and helps maintain healthy blood sugar. Berberis aristata is also used in traditional Ayurvedic Medicine to help protect the liver and support bile flow. Native to the Northern Himalayan region, Berberis aristata may also be known by its common name Indian Barberry. Berberis aristata plays an important part in traditional Ayurvedic medicine where it is used to protect the liver and to help support the flow of bile. It is also used to help support healthy blood sugar and assist in glucose metabolism.

Nutritional Information
Each tablet contains:
- Berberis aristata (Indian Barberry) ext. dry conc.: 1g, from min. dry root 100g, Std. to Berberine 750mg.
Free from animal products, artificial colours, artifical flavours, corn, dairy, gluten, lactose, nuts, preservatives, starch, sugar, wheat, yeast, soya bean.
Directions of Use
- Adults: Take 1 tablet 2 times daily with a main meal, or as advised by your health professional.

Good, a touch sweet
Works well and sits fine in the stomach, which is the main thing for me. Half a serve is plenty if you are sensitive to sweet.
Been on Carusos for years
Have tried the cheap stuff and come back every time. Consistent batch to batch, which is what you are paying for.

Flavour not for me
Nothing wrong with the product and the delivery was quick. The flavour I picked is just not my thing, so I will try a different one next time.
