This formula contains a rich blend of chaste tree, dong quai, magnesium plus vitamins B3 and B6 to support the female body and mind. Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine, chaste tree is known to relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension, reduce menstrual cycle irregularity and support regular periods. The ancient Chinese remedy dong quai has been traditionally used to also reduce and relieve menstrual cycle irregularity and irregular periods. It also balances hormones and increases libido. Vitamins B3 and B6 have been added to this formula to support nervous system health and to support healthy energy production. The mineral magnesium supports healthy blood glucose plus muscle relaxation and function. Use JSHealth Hormone + PMS Support is vegan-friendly, non-GMO and free of sugar, dairy, gluten and nuts.

- Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari) extract dry: 50 mg, derived from peeled root 300 mg.
- Zingiber officinale (Ginger): 22.75 mg, derived from root 250 mg.
- Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) extract dry: 20 mg, derived from root 250 mg.
- Brassica oleracea var. extract dry: 20 mg, derived from flower 200 mg.
- Curcuma longa (Turmeric) root extract dry: 10 mg, equiv. Curcuminoids 100 mg.
- Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3): 15 mg.

Directions of Use
- Take 1 tablet twice a day with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Good, a touch sweet
Works well and sits fine in the stomach, which is the main thing for me. Half a serve is plenty if you are sensitive to sweet.
