ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
Support your connective tissue – with Healthwise L-Threonine. The essential amino acid L-Threonine is one of the 20 common amino acids which are used to construct proteins. Humans must obtain L-threonine from dietary sources such as beef, poultry and fish or dairy products. Some vegetable sources of L-threonine include leafy vegetables, lentils and sesame seeds, although they have much less L-threonine than meat. The human body uses L-threonine to support the production of connective tissue and to support bone plus liver health as well as the immune system.
- Connective tissue support.
- Pharmaceutical grade.
- Packed without fillers or flowing agents.
- Vegan-friendly.
- Gluten Free.
- Dairy Free.
Healthwise L-Threonine is especially beneficial for connective tissue as it is essential for the production of collagen. This means that L-Threonine may support the growth of healthy connective tissue – especially in the heart. Through its role in antibody production, L-threonine is a great support for the important body defences which is composed of specialised cells, proteins, tissue and organs. The immune system defends us against invaders, such as viruses and bacteria. As L-threonine plays a role in the production of antibodies, it assists in boosting this important natural defence mechanism. L-threonine also may support liver health by helping to minimise the accumulation of fats around the organs as well as bone health by the production of collagen. Collagen does not only support connective tissue but also skin, cartilage, tendons, ligaments and bones.
Nutritional Information
Ingredients: 100% Pure L-Threonine powder.
Directions of Use
- As a dietary supplement for general health take up to 2gm with your favourite beverage between meals. Synergistic nutrients are magnesium, B6 and niacin.
HealthWise® Amino Powders are pure pharmaceutical grade powders and are packed by weight not volume, without the use of fillers or flowing agents. Some of the powders are slightly hygroscopic (retain moisture) and this can result in clumping. This can be broken apart with a spoon before taking or dissolved in water. Please note: This product is sold as a Food Only. For specific conditions please consult your healthcare professional.
CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Out of Melbourne in a day
Ordered Monday night, on the doorstep Wednesday morning. Packed properly too, lid taped and no powder loose in the box.
Does the job
No complaints on how it works, I just wish the scoop sat in the lid instead of buried at the bottom.
Staff know their stuff
Rang before ordering because I work nights and had no idea what to take when. Got a straight answer and the cheaper option, which is not what I expected.
Cheapest I found
Checked four other sites first. Same size, twenty dollars less, and it still shipped the same day.
