Each serve of Maple Movement Maple Sap Energy Gel delivers carbohydrates derived naturally from maple sap, which contains glucose and fructose in a balanced ratio. Carbohydrates are the body’s preferred fuel source during moderate to high-intensity exercise and help replenish energy stores used during physical activity. Maple sap also naturally contains small amounts of minerals such as potassium, which plays a role in normal muscle function and fluid balance. By keeping the ingredient profile straightforward, this gel offers a practical option for athletes and active individuals who prefer simple, recognisable sources of fuel. Maple Movement Maple Sap Energy Gel is well suited to endurance sessions, long training days, or competitive events where consistent energy intake is important. It can be consumed before activity to top up energy levels, or during exercise as part of a broader fueling strategy. With its naturally sourced ingredients and easy portability, it’s a straightforward choice for those looking to support performance without overcomplicating their nutrition routine.
