Ingredients:

• Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides (Bovine – Types I, II & III), Glycine, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Glutamine, L-Tryptophan, L-Carnitine, Green Tea Extract, Green Coffee Bean Extract, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Natural and Artificial Flavours, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, DigeZyme® (Digestive Enzyme Blend: α-Amylase, Protease, Cellulase, Lipase, Lactase), LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans), Sweetener (Sucralose), Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin), Colour (Curcumin).

• Add 1 Heaped Scoop (Approx. 30g) in a shaker with 500 – 700mL (depending on your taste preference) of cold water.
• Shake well for 20 – 30 seconds until fully mixed.
• Consume immediately.
