Who is Nu Harvest?

Nu Harvest was formerly Naked Harvest - the same brand under a new name, and you will still see both on labels and in older reviews. It was built by a social media founder out of a long search for supplements that suited an active life without the chemical-tasting sweetness of most of the category, and the range is plant based throughout.

Thrive Plant Protein is the core, with Performance Plant Protein as the training version and Thrive Protein Water for something lighter. Busy Gal All-in-One Shake covers meal replacement, and Mylk Shake and Hot Choc Moon Mylk the comfort end.

Frequently asked questions

Is Nu Harvest the same as Naked Harvest?

Yes - same brand, renamed. Older stock, older reviews and some product labels still say Naked Harvest, and a couple of the products in our range carry the old name. Nothing has changed inside the tub.

Thrive or Performance Plant Protein?

Thrive is the everyday one - the easier-drinking of the two and the better first purchase. Performance is built for training, with a higher protein per serve. Both are plant based, so both will be thicker than a whey powder; milk or a smoothie suits them better than water.

Why is one Collagen Beauty Elixir plant and one bovine?

Because they are genuinely different products. Collagen is an animal protein, so a plant version cannot contain it - the plant Elixir supplies vitamin C and the amino acids your body uses to make its own. The bovine one is real collagen peptides. Buy the bovine if you want collagen; buy the plant one if you are vegan and want the building blocks.

Natural or Performance Pre-Workout?

Natural is the gentler one and the sensible place to start, especially if you are sensitive to caffeine. Performance is the stronger formula. Check the caffeine on whichever you buy and count it alongside your coffee.
