Nutritional Information
Ingredients (Based on Watermelon):
- SusCarb™ (Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin) (66%), Sweetener (Erythritol), Creatine Monohydrate, Minerals (Calcium Lactate, Magnesium Phosphate), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Potassium Citrate, Malic Acid), Salt, Flavours, Natural Colour (Beet Red), Sweetener (Sucralose), Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12.
Directions of Use
- Serve size = 25g (Approx 1/2 levelled scoop). Add 1 serve to 250-350mL of cold water, stir until mixed and consume.
- Isotonic Mixing Direction: Mix 1 serve with 250mL of cold water.
- Take maximum 1 serve per day within 60-90 minutes prior to or during exercise.

Good, a touch sweet
Works well and sits fine in the stomach, which is the main thing for me. Half a serve is plenty if you are sensitive to sweet.
Been on Musashi for years

Nothing wrong with the product and the delivery was quick. The flavour I picked is just not my thing, so I will try a different one next time.
