Whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate in Musashi High Protein are high-quality protein sources that contain the branched-chain amino acids (BCCAs) leucine, isoleucine and valine. These BCCAs aid in the building and repair of healthy muscle tissue. BCCAs also reduce the amount of serotonin produced in your brain, which makes you feel less fatigued so you can push harder for longer. Ingredients:

Musashi High Protein Blend (90%) [Whey Protein Concentrate, Whole Milk Powder, Whey Protein Isolate, Skim Milk Powder, Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin)], Cocoa Powder, Dextrose, Inulin, Flavours, Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum), Enzyme (Papain), Sweetener (Sucralose).

• Mix 1.5 scoops to 300ml of chilled water or favourite beverage. Consume immediately.
• Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after training.
• Can be used to assist dietary protein intake, with up to 3 serves consumed daily.
