Magnesium is an essential nutrient that plays a critical role in over 300 cellular reactions in the body – to optimise yours, use Fusion Health Magnesium Advanced! Magnesium is deeply involved in energy production, oxygen uptake, central nervous system function, neuromuscular function and sugar metabolism, as well as normal cardiovascular health. Without enough magnesium, our cells are no longer able to keep up the proper number of high-energy molecules to healthfully function.

Fusion Health Magnesium Advanced contains a total of 200g magnesium each tablet – 491mg of it is magnesium glycinate. Magnesium glycinate is more readily absorbed than some other forms of magnesium, as are magnesium citrate, magnesium aspartate and magnesium amino acid chelate. As magnesium is needed for healthy muscle contraction and relaxation, Fusion Health Magnesium Advanced is a great supplement for physically active people. Its formula helps relieve tired muscles, muscle cramps, muscle spasms as well as sleeplessness. Also great for women affected by premenstrual tension: Fusion Health Magnesium Advanced relieves symptoms of premenstrual tension, including mood swings, irritability and breast tenderness. It does not contain artificial flavours, sweeteners or preservatives, yeast, gluten, wheat, nuts, dairy or animal products (suitable for vegetarians and vegans).

Directions of Use
- Adults: Take 1-2 tablets once daily.
- Period pain & cramps: Take 2 tablets twice daily.
- Exercise performance: Take 1-2 tablets before and after exercise.
- Sleep & restless legs: Take 2 tablets before bed.
- Child 6-12yrs: Take ½-1 tablet once daily.An extra dose may be taken as professionally advised.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
