Herbs of Gold Breastfeeding Support contains important herbs in order to support breast milk production in breastfeeding women. In order to provide some extra help by stimulating breast milk production, Herbs of Gold developed this breastfeeding support supplement, containing fenugreek and blessed thistle extract. It may allow your baby to receive extra milk at the breast rather than by bottle.

Research has shown that the herb fenugreek significantly increases the amount of milk produced. Another natural herb added is blessed thistle which also is a herbal galactagogue and a substance that increases the flow of breast milk by increasing prolactin levels. Combined and compressed into tablets, this supplement is a great addition to support the natural way of feeding for mother and baby.

Nutritional Information

Each tablet contains:

Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed extract: 750mg (derived from dry seed 3g)
Cnicus benedictus (Blessed thistle) herb extract: 250mg (derived from dry herb 1g)

Directions of Use

Adults only - Take 1 tablet, once or twice daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.
