- Musashi High Protein Blend (85.5%) [Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Skim Milk Powder, Pea Protein Isolate, Whole Milk Powder, Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin)], Creatine Monohydrate, Flavours, Vegetable Gums (Guar Gum, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose), Flavours, Enzyme (0.3%) (Papain), Sweetener (Sucralose), Salt.
Directions of use
- Add 47g (1 & 1/2 levelled scoops) to 300mL of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved.
- Consume immediately.
- Daily - Can be added to water, milk or food as a convenient protein top up throughout the day and on non-training days.
- Before - Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise.
- After -Use within 30 minutes after resistance training.
- Recommended one-day intake: 1 serve.
