To select your correct Shakti, you must first consider your pain tolerance and threshold. Those with very low pain tolerance should opt for purchasing the Yellow/Light Pillow. Those with very high pain threshold, or experienced Shakti users, can opt for the Indigo/Advanced Pillow. Most users will opt for the Original Pillow (Black, Orange, Green, Pink).
