- Mix contents of sachet with 250 ml of water and shake well.
- Add an additional 200 ml - 500 ml of water and shake well.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before use.
- Race Fuel can be mixed to your preferred consistency, however we recommend 750 ml.
- Consume within 12 hours of mixing.
