This Herbs of Gold supplement has set its goal to support the healthy functionality of your immune system, with a formula containing elderberry, echinacea and olive leaf. Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine, elderberry is used to relieve symptoms of sore throat and coughing. Its compound can directly inhibit the virus's entry into human cells and strengthen the immune system’s response to the virus as it is packed with antioxidants and vitamins. Echinacea also plays a major role in this formula. It is a herb known to possibly be effective in aiding and treating the common cold, ear infections and more. Also used in traditional Western herbal medicine, echinacea is known to reduce excess mucous and mild upper respiratory tract congestion and relieve symptoms of sore throat and mild fever.

Studies have shown that the extract of olive leaf has an antiviral property that also can help boost the immune system. This is why Herbs of Gold have added an antioxidant-rich herbal combination to this formula. Elderberry, echinacea & olive leaf is naturally sweetened with Stevia which makes it free of artificial sweeteners and suitable for adults as well as children. For maximum benefit, it is recommended to start taking Herbs of Gold Elderberry Echinacea & Olive Leaf at the onset of cold & flu symptoms.
Nutritional Information
Each 10ml contains:
- Sambucus nigra (Elderberry) fruit juice extract: 333mg, derived from fresh fruit 4g.
- Olea europaea (Olive) leaf extract: 1g, derived from fresh leaf 1g.
- Echinacea angustifolia (Echinacea) root extract: 125mg, derived from dry root 500mg.
Directions of Use
- Adults: Take 10mL, three times daily.
- Children 6-12 years: Take 5mL, 2 to 3 times daily.
- Children 2-5 years: Take 3mL, 2 to 3 times daily. Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
- Take in water or juice.
Always read the label. Follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Contains Potassium sorbate. Shake well before use. Not to be used in children under five years for relief of mild fever. Not to be used in children under two years of age without medical advice. Herbs of Gold Elderberry Echinacea & Olive Leaf does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, corn, soy, tree nut or animal products, yeast, gluten, lactose, artificial colourings, flavourings or sweeteners.

Good, a touch sweet
Works well and sits fine in the stomach, which is the main thing for me. Half a serve is plenty if you are sensitive to sweet.
Been on Herbs of Gold for years
Have tried the cheap stuff and come back every time. Consistent batch to batch, which is what you are paying for.

Flavour not for me
Nothing wrong with the product and the delivery was quick. The flavour I picked is just not my thing, so I will try a different one next time.
