Macro Mike Hydration Aminos are formulated with a full spectrum of essential amino acids including L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine (BCAAs) to help support muscle maintenance and recovery. The blend also includes L-Lysine, L-Threonine, L-Phenylalanine, and others to provide all 9 EAAs your body can't produce on its own. Electrolytes such as sodium, potassium and magnesium are added to support fluid balance and rehydration during or after exercise. Each serve contains 6.5g of plant-based protein with less than 2g of carbs and under 1g of sugar, making it a clean choice for daily hydration support. Ingredients:
- Branch Chain & Essential Amino Acid Blend (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Lysine, L-Threonine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Tryptophan, L-Methionine, L-Histidine), Natural Flavours, Hydration Blend (Coconut Water Powder, Sodium Chloride Pink Himalayan Salt, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Gluconate), Citric Acid, Stevia (Steviol Glycosides), Natural Colour (Beetroot Extract).
- Mix 2 scoops with 500ml - 750ml of chilled water or beverage of choice. Mix well.
- Consume, before, during or after a workout.
