Ingredients:

• Branch Chain & Essential Amino Acid Blend (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Lysine, L-Threonine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Tryptophan, L-Methionine, L-Histidine), Natural Flavours, Hydration Blend (Coconut Water Powder, Sodium Chloride Pink Himalayan Salt, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Gluconate), Citric Acid, Stevia (Steviol Glycosides), Natural Colour (Beetroot Extract).

• Mix 2 scoops with 500ml - 750ml of chilled water or beverage of choice. Mix well.
• Consume, before, during or after a workout.
