Astragalus and Siberian ginseng are the main components of this formula. Directions of Use
- Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day or as professionally prescribed.
- Take 2 tablets two times a day to relieve fatigue, support defensive qi and strengthen lung qi, based on traditional use in Chinese medicine.

Good, a touch sweet
Works well and sits fine in the stomach, which is the main thing for me. Half a serve is plenty if you are sensitive to sweet.
Been on Fusion Health for years

Flavour not for me
Nothing wrong with the product and the delivery was quick. The flavour I picked is just not my thing, so I will try a different one next time.
