The formula has been specifically formulated with herbs traditionally used in Ayurvedic and Western herbal medicine to relieve coughs and respiratory complaints. Coughs can be caused by viruses that inflame the throat, windpipe or lungs and sometimes take several weeks to become better. Herbs of Gold Lung Care assists this process with only one tablet twice a day.

Adhatoda, a medicinal plant native to Asia, is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to relieve coughs, breathing trouble, mild fever, upper respiratory infections and other discomforts. In this formula, it is used as an expectorant and antispasmodic to clear mucus from the chest and for the relief of respiratory complaints. Licorice is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine and known for its power to relieve inflammation and irritation of the mucous surfaces of the lungs and respiratory tract. Another Western herbal medicine is elecampane. It is used as an expectorant to relieve respiratory catarrch and coughs it assists expectoration to relieve respiratory difficulties, such as shortness of breath, and known to strengthen the lungs. The antioxidants vitamin C, E and selenium are also a part of the Herbs of Gold Lung Care formula and responsible for maintenance of good health. Vitamins C and E help support the immune system and assist in fighting coughs and respiratory complaints.

Each tablet contains:

• Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice) root and stolon: 1g.
• Inula helenium (Elecampane) root: 1g.
• Justicia adhatoda (Adhatoda) leaf: 500mg.
• Ascorbic acid (vitamin C): 300mg.
• d-alpha-Tocopheryl acid succinate: 30.8mg, equiv. Vitamin E (natural) 37.3IU.
• Selenium (as Selenomethionine): 25mcg.

Vegan friendly.

• Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 tablet, twice daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
