More about R1 Casein
Elevate your performance with the slow-releasing protein powder by Rule1: R1 Casein. If you are after a post-workout formula that will guarantee you stay in an anabolic state all day long, R1 Casein by Rule 1 Proteins is for you! Most people think of whey protein when they think of protein supplements. However, real fitness enthusiasts know about the many benefits casein protein has. R1 Casein by Rule 1 contains 25g of 100% pure slow-digesting casein protein per serving to boost your muscle growth and recovery.
- 25g of slow-digesting casein protein.
- 100% pure casein protein.
- 120 calories per serving.
- 50% of your total daily calcium needs.
While whey protein is digested quickly, casein protein is digested slowly. This makes casein help your cells synthesize protein better during times when your body might normally be breaking down its muscles to fuel itself. R1 Casein by Rule 1 contains all the essential amino acids that your body needs to function properly. Most importantly, this formula provides a high amount of leucine, which boosts muscle protein synthesis. A hit of calcium has been added to help promote strong bone growth and development, as well as iron to help prevent iron deficiency anemia. Simply mix R1 Casein with water, milk or your favourite beverage and enjoy the many benefits casein protein powder has to offer!

This protein is so yum, you can make it as a hot chocolate, add it to your oats. It is so versatile and delicious. Perfect for on the go, or at night before bedtime. Even tastes delicious with just water. Yum!

Don't Get Chocolate
Chocolate flavor tastes very artificial and strange. Optimum Nutrition chocolate tastes a million times better. I will say the R1 Casein has a good mixability and texture for making casein puddings. The cookies and cream flavor is not bad.
